Since we were established in 2014, Miflats has worked collaboratively with communities and local authorities in places such as Basildon, Bracknell, Croydon, Merton, Kingston and Sutton to deliver developments that cater to the identified needs of the local area. As well as creating homes around London, we also create jobs; employing a team of 150 under the MiFlats brand. Combined with our asset and hospitality brands, Criterion Capital and Criterion Hospitality, our group employee number sits at 400. A figure that is rapidly growing.
